Returns & Exchanges
We hope that you will be delighted with your order. However, LeoDaniels offers customers an unlimited return time frame for full refund credited in the same form of payment method used in the original sales transaction.
To qualify for free return shipping your products must be in saleable unworn condition, with the security tag intact and original packaging, along with sales receipt and RMA (Return Materials Authorization). RMA must be requested by phone (855-302-3626) or by email at email@example.com, during regular working hours: Monday-Friday between 9AM and 5PM Central Time.
Only send returns using our pre-paid return labels so that we can track your items. We cannot refund a lost return that was sent using a method other than our return labels.
Items over $5,000 cannot be dropped off at a store for refund. Local driver pickup must be arranged with a signed copy of the control log scanned to us at pick up.
All gift orders are eligible for exchange in the form of nonrefundable store credit. To return your gift all you need is the order reference number which can be found in the Boutique E-Receipt or Gift Receipt. Please contact Customer Care for assistance.
Engraved or custom pieces are final sale and are not eligible for return. This includes:
- Custom Jewelry Design
- Custom Engraving
- Custom Sizing
- Other Special Requests
Please note that our free return shipping does not apply to items returned to us from countries outside of the US. International customers are responsible for return shipping fees. All return shipments must be insured for the full dollar amount. Shipping and any import taxes and duties paid are non-refundable.
Following inspection and acceptance of your return, you will receive confirmation via email that a refund or merchandise credit has been issued. Refunds that pass inspection will be processed within 24 hours upon receipt of the returned item(s). Please allow up to 3-5 business days for your return to be processed.
Every hand-crafted piece of LeoDaniels jewelry is covered by a lifetime warranty upon receipt of a valid proof of purchase. Orders which weren’t placed online must be registered by contacting us via phone or email to claim warranty.
To obtain warranty service, all purchased items must be shipped to us once every 12 months, at no extra cost. Shared-prong rings and bracelets must be shipped every 6 months.
Our warranty includes free prong tightening, polishing, re-rhodium plating, buffing and cleaning, repair and maintenance We offer free ring resizing on orders over $500 up to 6 months upon date of purchase.
If the issue cannot be covered or you're outside the warranty, you’ll receive a free repair evaluation and quote.
