Returns & Exchanges
We are committed to offering our customers above-and-beyond value via our 100% satisfaction/risk-free purchase policy. All LeoDaniels purchases are returnable within 60 days from the date of order arrival complete with free return shipping. If you would like to request a return past the 60-day policy window, please contact customer service by calling (855) 302-3626, or by filling out our contact form here.
All returned items must arrive back at LeoDaniels facilities in new and unworn condition with all original packing materials, documentation, certificates and tags intact. Refunds will be credited to the same payment method used during purchase.
On average, we process all refunds within 24 hours of receiving the returned item. Customers will be notified via email when the credit has been processed and/or if there are any issues with the return. To place a rush on a return package, please contact our customer service department by calling (855) 302-3626, or by our contact form to request expedited shipping.
If your package arrives damaged, please refuse receipt and return the shipment in its original packaging. Claims for damaged or missing items must be submitted immediately.
All gift returns will issued as store credit, while the original buyer will not be alerted regarding the gift refund request. To begin the gift return process, place the item in its original packaging -- along with the gift receipt -- and follow the “Starting a Return” instructions below.
Items Ineligible For Return:
- Watches with security tags removed
- Items showing any signs of tampering, wear or alterations by a jeweler other than LeoDaniels
- Items showing signs of improper care
- Loose diamonds without the original certificate (these will incur a $150 certificate replacement fee)
- Some special order items—in these cases, the customer will be informed at the time of purchase of its ineligibility for return. Note: A “Design Your Own” engagement ring (ring mounting and loose diamond) is not considered a special order.
- Items returned without the following materials (when applicable): original LeoDaniels jewelry box, certificates, manuals and accessories
- Chipped or cracked jewelry, diamonds or gemstones
- Items without a valid Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number
- Items delivered using a third-party carrier
Starting a Return:
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
a) First, open a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) on this website: https://bit.ly/2HFu7Yb, and then enter your order number and shipping zip code.
b) Print the shipping label and packing slip. We make sure to insure every package and recommend that you use our labels, since we do not reimburse or refund shipping charges from third-party shippers.
c) Package your items carefully to receive a full refund. Be sure to include each of the following materials (when applicable): original LeoDaniels jewelry box, certificates, manuals and accessories.
d) Place your item -- and all applicable materials -- in a sturdy box, making sure to display the shipping label with the return authorization code on the outside of the box.
e) Once your returned item has successfully passed inspection, your refund will be processed within the next 24 hours.
WE UNDERSTAND THAT LIFE HAPPENS!
We are confident that every customer will be thoroughly impressed by the quality and value of our jewelry; we would never want a customer to keep a product they are not 100% thrilled with. Therefore, we handle return requests for products showing wear on a case-by-case basis with the goal of leaving every customer smiling.
LeoDaniels does not offer insurance. Thus, we strongly recommend contacting your insurance company of choice to add your new purchase to your policy. Diamonds are indeed the hardest mineral, but even a diamond can chip or crack if struck at the right (or wrong!) angle. In fact, it isn't uncommon for an expert jeweler to chip a gemstone while handling it with a tweezer! Metals -- especially gold -- do bend over time. This is considered normal wear and tear, so please be sure to follow a proper maintenance schedule to ensure your gemstones do not fall out.
There are quite a few insurance policies that will cover you in the event of such a calamity, but neglecting maintenance may void your policy. Keep your care and cleaning up!
We are unable to accept returns on chipped gemstones.
Please remember that improperly maintained jewelry is not eligible for returns, so insuring your purchase is a must!
