Free Domestic Shipping

LeoDaniels ship most ready-made items within 24 hours, once the order has been received. This is the case, if your order is placed before 3:00 p.m. Monday through Thursday, or before 11:00 a.m. on Fridays (EST).

Once an order has shipped, it will typically take 3 - 10 business days to arrive. If you want a guaranteed delivery date, expedited shipping is available for a small fee.

Some jewelry items may take longer, as they are made to order. Depending on production time, jewelry and engagement rings may be shipped in 1 - 3 weeks. For orders that need to be set (i.e. a ring mounting and a loose diamond) or resized, it may take an additional 2 - 5 days for production, after we receive your order.

If your order contains different shipping and billing addresses, you may be subject to additional verification. Keep in mind that on rare occasions, the post office may delay your shipment due to weather conditions.

All orders to locations in the Continental U.S. are shipped free via UPS or USPS. All orders shipped to a P.O. Box, Military APO or FPO are shipped free via USPS. For all questions regarding free returns and exchanges, please click here to see our Returns & Exchanges Policy.

We only collect sales tax for shipping in Minnesota, USA. We do not collect duties and taxes, as that would be the responsibility of the customer.

International Shipping

All international orders over $500 ship for free. All international orders under $500 will be subjected to a $39.99 shipping fee.


Your item will be in a LeoDaniels jewelry box. Your package will be packaged and shipped with secure, nondescript packaging material.

You can request a gift receipt with your order. You can also take advantage of our free engraving service - which is available for most items, but it may take more production time.

Shipment Tracking

You will receive an email with your shipment notification and tracking information the same day your package ships.

Signature Required

For your protection, a signature may be required before the carrier can release the package. Please make sure that an adult is available at the expected time of delivery to accept and sign for the package. Also, please review your address before your order is placed. A fee will may incur for all address changes. We will refund and not reship items that are unsigned for, have missed delivery or are returned to us because of an insufficient address..
