Got something you don't love? No worries!
LeoDaniels offers returns within 90 days for a full refund. Here's what you need to know:

  • Items must be unworn, with tags and receipt.
  • Request a Return Authorization (RMA) by phone or email. (855-302-3626 or cs@leodaniels.com)
  • Use our pre-paid return labels for tracking. (Lost packages sent otherwise won't be refunded)
  • Items over $5,000 require special arrangements. (Contact customer care)
  • Gifts can be exchanged for store credit. (Order number needed)
  • Engraved/custom pieces, special orders, altered items, or ring sizing are final sale.
  • International returns: customer pays shipping & fees. (No refunds on shipping/taxes)
  • Refunds processed within 24 hours (after return inspection). Allow 3-5 business days for processing.

LeoDaniels Lifetime Warranty: Keeping Your Jewelry Looking Its Best

Shine on forever! Every handcrafted piece of LeoDaniels jewelry over $500 comes with a lifetime warranty against manufacturer's defects, ensuring it stays beautiful for years to come. Here's what you need to know:

  • Proof of Purchase Required: Have your receipt handy! It's your key to warranty coverage. If you didn't order online, contact us to register your piece. You can also stop in the store anytime to register your warranty.
  • If you believe your items may have a manufacturer's defect please bring it in for inspection.
  • Regular Inspections for Warranty: To maintain your warranty, your jewelry must be inspected once every 12 months. This ensures that any potential issues are caught early and addressed promptly.
  • 1 Free Ring Resizing (within 6 months for orders over $500): Did your finger size change, no problem? We'll adjust certain rings for free within the first 6 months of purchase (with a minimum order value) up to 1 full size up or down. Please Note: some rings are unable to be sized.
  • Repair or Service performed on your item by anyone other than LeoDaniels voids any and all warranties.
  • Lost or Stolen items are not covered under the warranty in any way.
  • Normal wear and tear is not covered under the manufacturer's warranty. Some examples of  jewelry issues that would not be covered/considered a manufacturer defect include:
    • Precious metals, particularly prongs and their tips wear down over time and may require repairs to rebuild and replace them.
    • Prongs catching, wearing out, or bending/breaking over time due to everyday wear or normal damage, allowing a gemstone to fall out.
    • Any traumatic event that happens to the piece of jewelry, Catching, pulling or banging on a table or other object.
    • Discoloration to the metal or stones due to exposure to chemicals, immersion in pools or hot tubs, bathing with items on.
  • Out-of-Warranty Service: If your issue isn't covered or your warranty has expired, no worries! We'll provide a free repair evaluation and quote.

Note: Items valued under $500 will have a 1-year warranty. This means that any manufacturer's defect will be covered for one year from the date of purchase. After the first year, you will be charged a nominal fee for any necessary repairs or maintenance. However, you can still bring your jewelry in for regular inspections to ensure its longevity and beauty.

Unclaimed Property Policy

If you fail to pick up your jewelry within 90 days of its arrival at our facility, it will be considered abandoned. LeoDaniels is not responsible for abandoned property.

Storage Fees: A fee of $50 per week will be assessed for any unclaimed items held in our facility.

To avoid these fees, please promptly pick up your jewelry or make arrangements for its return.
